1. Use the back of a knife to loosen the pork shop slightly. Make a cut on both sides to prevent curling. Add in the other ingredients and marinade for at least 1 hour.
2. Put the pork chop into the Airfryer and roast at 200˚C for 7 minutes (depending on the thickness of the pork chop). Remove the pork chop and let cook before slicing.
Method to cook rice noodles:
1. Add an appropriate amount of water to a pot. Bring to a boil and add in the rice noodles, lettuce and bean sprouts. Cook until the ingredients are soft. Drain and place in a bowl.
2. Pour away the water in the pot. Add the chicken broth and water, and bring to a boil. Pour the soup into a bowl.
3. Put the sliced pork chop on the rice noodles. Add basil leaves and chilli to taste.
