Stir-fried Glutinous Rice with Chinese preserved Sausages and preserved Duck Liver Sausages

Ingredients

  • Glutinous Rice 100g
  • Preserved Sausage (cut into sections) 20g
  • Preserved Duck Liver Sausage (cut into sections) 20g
  • Dried Mushroom (soaked) 20g
  • Dried Scallop (soaked) 8g
  • Dried Shrimp (soaked) 8g
  • Chicken stock or Water 150g
  • Chopped Spring Onion 10g
  • Roasted Peanut 10g

Directions

  • 1. Soak the glutinous rice in cold water for 3 hours, drain thoroughly to dry the rice grain.
  • 2. Put the dried mushroom and dried shrimp into the bowl of the OnionChef chopper, blend into tiny pieces.
  • 3. Put the preserved sausage and preserved duck liver sausage into the bowl of the OnionChef chopper, blend into tiny pieces.
  • 4. Put the preserved sausage and the preserved duck liver sausage into the baking tray of the Airfryer, cook for 3 minutes.
  • 5. Add the dried mushroom and dried shrimp, cook for 3 minutes.
  • 6. Add the glutinous rice, dried scallop and chicken stock or water, cook at 160C for 15 minutes, stir-fry once every 5 minutes.
  • 7. Adjust the temperature to 180C, cook for 20 minutes, stir-fry once every 5 minutes.
  • 8. Turn off the Airfryer, leave the rice to rest in the Airfryer for 10 minutes, serve with chopped spring onion and roasted peanut.
