Ingredients

  • Minced Chicken Meat 150g
  • Deep-fried Tofu Puff 12 pcs
  • Asparagus 1 pack
  • Canned Cream Soup 1 can
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Cooking Wine 1 tsp
  • Suger 1 tsp
  • Com Starch 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Spring Onion 1 tbsp
  • Salt a dash
  • Pepper a dash

Directions

  • 1. Marinate minced chicken meat with seasoning for 2 hours.Make cross cut opening on tofu puff and stuff in chicken meat paste.
  • 2. Coat thin layer of oil onto asparagus and put into Airfryer to cook at 180°C for 2 minutes. Take out. Coat thin layer of oil and salt onto each tofu puffs ,put into airfryer to cook at 180°C for 8 minutes. Take out and serve in plate with asparagus.
  • 3. Pour 3/4 can of cream soup and 1/2 can of water into baking tray. Put into Airfryer and cook at 200°C for 5 minutes. Stir in midway to avoid lumps.
  • 4. Drizzle cream sauce over tofu puffs and asparagus.Ready to serve.
