- Walnut 100g
- Cane sugar 25g
- Water 100ml
- White sesame seed 1 tbsp
- 1. Place the walnuts, cane sugar and water into the Airfryer baking tray. Mix well and soak for 10 minutes.
- 2. Put the baking tray into the Airfryer and bake at 150°C for 10 minutes, then turn the heat up to 180°C for another 4 minutes until the syrup has been reduced. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on the walnuts and mix well.
- 3. Remove the walnuts from the baking try and place them evenly in the Airfryer basket, bake at 180°C for 3 minutes until the walnuts are dry and crispy.
