Ingredients
- Plain flour 100g
- Custard powder 6g
- Baking powder ¼ tsp
- Baking soda ¼ tsp
- Egg ½ pc (whisked)
- Sugar 50g
- Peanut oil 1½ tbsps
- Water 2 tbsps
- White sesame seeds, as appropriate (for coating)
Directions
- 1. Combine all the ingredients and knead to form a dough. Divide the dough into small portions. Knead each portion to form a ball.
- 2. Dip the balls into water briefly, then roll them on the sesame seeds. Put the balls into the Airfryer bake at 200℃ for 8-10 minutes.
