Your Philips Sonicare toothbrush has smart ways to tell when it is time for a recharge. The lights and beeps of your toothbrush indicate the charging behavior.
Some toothbrushes have only one indicator light, while others have three. Below, you can find what the indication lights mean for each of these models.
Note that some toothbrushes like the DailyClean 1100 model do not have a battery light indicator. In this case, just follow the normal charging advise as specified in the user manual.
What do the battery status lights on my Philips Sonicare Toothbrush indicate?
Toothbrushes with one indicator light
If your toothbrush has one LED above a battery image, check out the table below to see what the different lights mean.
Toothbrushes with 3 indicator lights
If your toothbrush has 3 lights on top of a battery icon, see the table below on what the light behaviors mean.
Toothbrushes with battery shaped LED
In some toothbrushes the LED is in the shape of a battery. The light will flash different colors to indicate battery life left. See the table below to understand what they mean.
