How to use the direct keys (M1,M2,M3) on my Philips phone?

You can make a call to a telephone number pre-saved in one of the the direct keys (M1, M2 and M3). Press M1, M2, or M3;and then press OK to dial that pre-saved number.

To save a number in a direct key:

1. Enter the telephone number.
2. Press and hold M1, M2 or M3, then press OK to confirm.
3. Enter, or edit the name for this telephone number, then press OK to confirm.

Note: For multiple handset versions, the same direct key records saved in the base station are shared among different handsets.

To change the telephone number of a direct key:

Follow the steps for saving a number in a direct key. When you save a new number, the old number for this direct key is replaced.

To delete the telephone number of a direct key:

The telephone number of a direct key cannot be deleted. However, you may replace the old number with a new one.
