The water tank is empty or not correctly placed
To ensure the proper functioning of the machine, you must fill the water tank with water and place it correctly as shown in Figure 1. Poor insertion can lead to the suction of air, resulting in a loud pump sound. To ensure correct placement, push the tank as far as possible and remove the seal cap before first use, as shown in Figure 2.
The machine produces a ticking/hissing sound
It is normal for the machine to make a ticking or hissing sound after heating up or brewing. What you hear is the internal heater warming up and the electronic valve operating.
