Portugese Sausage & Bean Stew

Ingredients

  • Chorizo Sausage 100g
  • Kidney Beans 3 tbsp
  • Chick Peas 3 tbsp
  • Broth 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp (Chopped)
  • Onion 1/2 pc (Chopped)
  • Tomato 2 pcs (Chopped)
  • Bay Leaf 1 piece
  • Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt, Pepper

Directions

  • Cut the sausage into slices. Put into the baking tray and Airfry at 200oC for 4 minutes.
  • Then add other ingredients into the tray and Airfry for a further 12 minutes.
  • Finish and serve.
