Ingredients

  • Steamed rice 60g
  • Chicken meat (diced) 60g
  • Chinese kale (diced) 30g
  • Dried seaweed 1g
  • Spring onion (shredded), as appropriate
  • Water 350g
  • Salt, as appropriate
  • Pepper, as appropriate

Directions

  • 1. Put the rice, chicken meat, Chinese kale, dried seaweed and water in the inner pot of rice cooker, and stir well.
  • 2. Close the lid, switch on the power, select the “Reheat” function, set the cooking time for “25 minutes” and press “Start” to cook.
  • 3. When the cooking is done, add spring onions, salt and pepper to serve.
