  • Mackerel (boneless) 200g
  • Squid 130g
  • Sliced mustard tuber (chopped) 50g
  • Fried bean curb 3 pcs
  • Eggplant 3 slices
  • Mixed bell peppers (cut into large pieces) 4 pcs
  • Spring onion (chopped) 2 tbsps
  • Seasonings:
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Shaoxing wine 1/2 tbsp
  • Corn starch 2-3 tbsps
  • Pepper a pinch
  • Oystser wash:
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Water 1/2 tsp


  • Separately chop the mackerel and squid until sticky. Add sliced mustard tuber, spring onions and all seasonings, mix well.
  • Separately stuff the bean curbs, sliced eggplants and bell peppers with 1 tbsp of the paste.
  • Put into the Airfryer grill pan and saute at 180˚C for 6 minutes.
  • Mix the oyster wash ingredients well and brush it over the paste.
  • Return to the Airfryer and saute for 2 minutes. Ready to serve.
