Taiwanese Minced Beef Rice

  • Minced Beef 500 g
  • Peas 40 g
  • Dried Agaricus Blazei, soaked 10 g
  • Vegetable Stock 40 ml
  • Garlic, sliced 8 g
  • Dried Shallots, sliced 100 g
  • Cooked Rice 4 bowls
  • Oil 20 g
  • Spring Onion, chopped 20 g
  • Shiitake Mushroom, sliced 60 g


  • 1.Mix minced beef well with marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • 2.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select sauté , tap tick to confirm.
  • 3.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select cooking time and set 10 minutes, tap tick to confirm.
  • 4.When the cooking time blinks on the screen, it starts working in the selected mode.
  • 5.Add oil, garlic and dried shallots into the All-in-One cooker and sauté for 3 minutes.
  • 6.Add shiitake mushroom, peas and agaricus blazei and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • 7.Add beef and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • 8.Add vegetable stock and stir well.
  • 9.Close and lock the lid. Tap ↑ or ↓ to select slow cook high , tap tick to confirm.
  • 10.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Beef”.
  • 11.Tap tick for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 2 hours.
  • 12.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
  • 13.When finished, unlock and open the lid, dish up, garnish with spring onion and serve with cooked rice.
