Ingredients

  • Ox tail 4pcs
  • Carrot (cut into chunks) 60g
  • Onion (cut into pieces) 100g
  • Oregano 5g
  • Shallot 30g
  • Chestnut 40g
  • Tomato puree 2 tsps
  • Red wine 40g
  • water 20g

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients into the inner pot of rice cooker, then add water.
  • Close the lid, switch on the power, select the “Stew” function, set cooking time to “3 hours” and press “Start” to cook.
  • When the cooking is done, leave the ox tail to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
