Ingredients
- Ox tail 4pcs
- Carrot (cut into chunks) 60g
- Onion (cut into pieces) 100g
- Oregano 5g
- Shallot 30g
- Chestnut 40g
- Tomato puree 2 tsps
- Red wine 40g
- water 20g
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into the inner pot of rice cooker, then add water.
- Close the lid, switch on the power, select the “Stew” function, set cooking time to “3 hours” and press “Start” to cook.
- When the cooking is done, leave the ox tail to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
