1. Peel the sweet yam and cut into small pieces. Shred the napa cabbage.
2. Rinse the rice, put the rice mixture into the inner pot of rice cooker. Add 2 cups of chicken stock / water up to “Rice” level 2 as indicated on the scale inside the inner pot.
3. Add in the sweet yam and napa cabbage and mix well.
4. Put the tomato on top of the rice.
5. Close the lid, switch on the power, select the “Rice” function, and press “Start” to cook.
6. When the cooking is done, leave the rice to rest for 10 minutes.
7. Mash the sweet yam and tomato, mix with rice, stir in the olive oil, mix well and serve.
