- Brown rice 2 cups
- Red bean 30g
- Minced beef 120g
- Dried shrimp 10g
- Dried mushroom 4 pcs
- Wolfberry fruits 20g
- Cabbage (shredded) 60g
- Water, as appropriate
- Rinse the brown rice, drain and put in the inner pot of rice cooker. Add water up to “Rice” level 2 as indicated on the scale inside the inner pot
- Add in minced beef, cabbage, red beans, dried mushrooms, wolfberries and dried shrimps to the rice and mix well.
- Close the lid, switch on the power, select the “Brown” function, and press “Start” to cook.
- When the cooking is done, leave the rice to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
