Chayote Pork Ribs Soup with Corn

Ingredients

  • 500g rib (blanch and cut into pieces)
  • 2 chayote (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 2 corn (cut into pieces)
  • 10 chestnuts
  • 15g dendrobium
  • 20g lily bulb
  • 1400ml water

Directions

  • 1. Put all the ingredients (except lily bulbs) into the All-in-One cooker.
  • 2. Close & lock the lid, select Pressure cook Soup/Lentlis, set the cooking time for 45 minutes. Press Start.
  • 3. When the cooking time remains 15 minutes, press the “Add ingredient” button to suspend cooking. The lid unlock indicator will blink. Unlock and open the lid, add the lily bulbs, close and lock the lid to continue cooking.
  • 4. When finished, unlock and open the lid, add salt to taste.
