2. Add butter, brandy, sugar, egg and milk, use the mixer to blend at low speed, then blend at high speed until smooth.
3. Put the cake mixture into the All-in-One cooker.
4. Arrange the apple slices onto the top of cake mixture, sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
5. Close and lock the lid, select Multi cook Bake, set the cooking time for 45 mins. Press Start.
6. When finished, unlock and open the lid, leave the cake to rest in the All-in-One cooker for 20 minutes.
7. Take out the cake. Combine the Apricot jam, honey and boiling water, glaze the top of the cake. Garnish with diced glazed orange peel. Leave to cool and serve.
