- Small pumpkin 4pcs
- Egg yolk 4pcs

- Milk 200ml

- Put the pumpkins into Airfryer XXL bake at 185°C for 15 minutes, leaves them to cool then cut the pumpkin top and deseed the pumpkin.
- Mix well the sugar, milk and whipping cream, then put into the Airfryer XXL baking tray, bake at 120°C for 3 minutes, take out the mixture then mix well with sugar until all melt.
- Use hand mixer to whisk the egg yolk, add the milk, cream and vanilla essence, mix well then put the sifted mixture into the pumpkin to 90% full.
- Put the pumpkins into the Airfryer XXL bake at 115°C for 30 minutes, then bake at 165°C for another 8 minutes. Ready to serve.
