1. Put the pumpkins into Airfryer XXL bake at 185°C for 15 minutes, leaves them to cool then cut the pumpkin top and deseed the pumpkin.
2. Mix well the sugar, milk and whipping cream, then put into the Airfryer XXL baking tray, bake at 120°C for 3 minutes, take out the mixture then mix well with sugar until all melt.
3. Use hand mixer to whisk the egg yolk, add the milk, cream and vanilla essence, mix well then put the sifted mixture into the pumpkin to 90% full.
4. Put the pumpkins into the Airfryer XXL bake at 115°C for 30 minutes, then bake at 165°C for another 8 minutes. Ready to serve.
