Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 1 big tomato (140 g)
  • 1/2 celery stick (45 g)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Drinking water (100 ml)
  • Flax seed powder (20 g)
  • A pinch of black pepper

Directions

  • 1. Rinse the tomato and celery. Cut into pieces.
  • 2. Start juicing and also add some water.
  • 3. Add lemon juice, flex seed powder and black pepper to serve.
  • Health Benefit: Lycopene and carotene contained in tomato are powerful natural antioxidants. Lycopene has respectively 2 and 100 times antioxidant potency compared to beta-carotene and vitamin E, which helps to boost immunity. Flax seed has alpha-linolenic acid that reduces cholesterol and blood fat.
