Braised Beef and Vegetables in Red Wine

Ingredients

  • Beef Cubes 250 g
  • Onion, peeled and chopped 80 g
  • Carrot, peeled and diced 50 g
  • Canned Peeled Tomato 180 g
  • Cherry Tomato 180 g
  • Fresh Bay Leaf 1 g
  • Red Wine 50 ml
  • Salt 4 g
  • Sugar 5 g
  • Garlic 8 g
  • Canned Red Kidney Beans 80 g
  • Vegetable Stock 30 ml
  • Fresh Parsley 5 g

Directions

  • 1.Put all the ingredients (Except fresh parsley) into the All-in-One cooker. Close and lock the lid.
  • 2.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select "pressure cooking", tap tick to confirm.
  • 3.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Beef”.
  • 4.Tap "Meat size" and select "Small size".
  • 5.Tap tick for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 10 minutes.
  • 6.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
  • 7.Pressure release when finished.
  • 8.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, dish up, garnish with parsley and serve.
  • * Pressure cooking time may be adjusted according to personal preference for the tenderness of meat.
