Ingredients
- Chicken Drumstick 400 g
- Limoncello 12 ml
- Lemon, sliced 50 g
- Salt 3 g
- Ground Black Pepper 1 g
- Honey 8 g
- Onion, peeled and thick sliced 120 g
- Canned Chickpeas 80 g
- Carrot, peeled and diced 60 g
- Butter 10 g
- Chicken Stock 30 ml
- White Wine 30 ml
- Fresh Thyme 1 g
Directions
- 1.Mix chicken drumsticks well with limoncello, salt, ground black pepper and honey. Marinate for 2 hours.
- 2.Put onion, carrot, chickpeas, lemon, butter, chicken stock and white wine into the All-in-One cooker.
- 3.Add chicken drumsticks and thyme. Close and lock the lid.
- 4.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select pressure cooking , tap tick to confirm.
- 5.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Poultry”.
- 6.Tap "Meat size" and select "Small size".
- 7.Tap tick for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 8 minutes.
- 8.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
- 9.Pressure release when finished.
- 10.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, dish up and serve.
- * Pressure cooking time may be adjusted according to personal preference for the tenderness of meat.
