Ingredients

  • Lobster (halved) 1pc
  • Crab (cut into pieces) 1pc
  • Fresh abalone 6pcs
  • Fresh clam 12pcs
  • Fresh squid (cut into rings) 80g
  • Chinese cabbage (sliced) 200g
  • Tomato (sliced) 150g
  • Garlic leek (sectioned) 50g
  • Chinese glass noodle 40g

Directions

  • 1. In sequence, put the Chinese cabbage, garlic leek, Chinese glass noodle, tomato, clam, abalone, squid, crab and lobster into the All-in-One cooker.
  • 2. Close and lock the lid, select Pressure cook Manual, set the cooking time for 10 minutes. Press Start.
  • 3. When finished, unlock and open the lid, serve the food hot.
  • - Cooking time starts once pressure has been maintained.
  • # Beware of steam, the pressure will be released automatically after the cooking completes.
