Ingredients

  • Cherry tomato 160g
  • White asparagus (sectioned) 60g
  • Brussel sprout (halved) 100g
  • Carrot (peeled) 60g
  • Sweet potato (peeled, cut into chunks) 150g
  • Chinese yardlong bean (sectioned) 50g
  • Onion (peeled, cut into pieces) 100g
  • Baby corn 80g
  • Cream cheese 30g
  • Dijon mustard 30g
  • Assorted vegetables tomato sauce 200g
  • Seasonings :
  • Sea salt 2g
  • Black pepper as appropriate

Directions

  • 1. Put all the ingredients into the All-in-One cooker.
  • 2. Close and lock the lid, select Pressure cook Manual, set the cooking time for 5 minutes. Press Start.
  • 3. When finished, unlock and open the lid, add sea salt and black pepper to taste. Serve the food hot.
  • - Cooking time starts once pressure has been maintained.
  • # Beware of steam, the pressure will be released automatically after the cooking completes.
