Ingredients

  • Cake mix flour 461g
  • Mango (peeled and sliced) 2pcs
  • Raspberry 1pc
  • Mint leaves 8pcs
  • Egg white 3pcs
  • Olive oil 80g
  • Water 310g

Directions

  • 1. Combine the cake mix flour, water, olive oil and egg whites into a big bowl.
  • 2. Beat the mixture until smooth.
  • 3. Put the cake mixture into the All-in-One cooker.
  • 4. Close and lock the lid, select Multi cook Bake, set the cooking time for 40 minutes. Press Start.
  • 5. When finished, unlock and open the lid, leave the cake to rest in the All-in-One cooker for 20 minutes.
  • 6. Take out the cake and let it cool. Garnish the cake with mango slices, mint leaves and raspberry.
  • - When the All-in-One cooker reaches the cooking temperatures, the cooking time starts count down.
