1. Clean and wipe dry the pork jowl. Marinate with diced garlic, diced chilli, lime zest, lime juice, Chinese yellow wine, honey and fish sauce for 30 minutes.
2. In sequence, put the lemongrass, Thai sweet basil, lime leaves, chilli and pork jowl into the All-in-One cooker.
3. Close and lock the lid, Select Multi cook Bake, set the cooking time for 15 minutes. Press Start.
4. When the cooking time remains 5 minutes, press Add ingredient button to suspend cooking. The lid unlocked indicator will blink. Unlock and open the lid, turn the pork jowl up side down, close and lock the lid to continue cooking.
5. When finished, unlock and open the lid, take out the pork jowl. Slice up and serve the food hot.
