Ingredients

  • Fresh beef brisket (blanched, cut into chunks) 600g
  • White radish (peeled, cut into chunks) 800g
  • White peppercorn 8g
  • Star anise 5g
  • Dried tangerine peel (soaked and cleaned) 2g
  • Ginger slice 8g
  • Rock sugar 20g
  • Chicken stock 1200g
  • Diced spring onion 10g

Directions

  • 1. Except the white radish, put all the ingredients into the All-in-One cooker.
  • 2. Close and lock the lid. Select Pressure cook Beef/Lamb, set the cooking time for 35 minutes. Press Add ingredient button, press Start.
  • 3. When the cooking time remains 10 minutes, the All-in-One cooker starts to suspend cooking and release pressure. The lid unlocked indicator will blink when the pressure is completely released. Unlock and open the lid, add the white radish, close and lock the lid to continue cooking.
  • 4. When finished, unlock and open the lid, garnish with the spring onion, serve the food hot.
  • - Cooking time starts once pressure has been maintained.
  • # Beware of steam, the pressure will be released automatically after the cooking completes.
