Ingredients

  • Beef Short Ribs, sliced 240 g
  • Pumpkin, chopped 55 g
  • Bell Peppers, chopped 90 g
  • Red Onion, chopped 50 g
  • Haricots Verts 25 g
  • Dried Bay Leaf 1 g
  • Curry Powder 5 g
  • Butter, softened at room temperature 10 g
  • Sugar 20 g
  • Salt 5 g
  • Whipping Cream 80 ml
  • Paprika 5 g
  • Marinade:
  • Salt 3 g
  • Sugar 5 g
  • Ground Black Pepper 5 g
  • Olive Oil 10 g

Directions

  • 1.Mix beef short ribs well with the marinade. Marinate for 2 hours.
  • 2.Combine curry powder, whipping cream, butter, sugar, salt and paprika.
  • 3.Put beef short ribs, pumpkin, bell peppers, red onion, haricots verts and bay leaf into the All-in-One cooker.
  • 4.Pour in the curry sauce. Close and lock the lid.
  • 5.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select pressure cooking , tap tick to confirm.
  • 6.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Manual”.
  • 7.Tap tick for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 8 minutes.
  • 8.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
  • 9.Pressure release when finished.
  • 10.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, dish up and serve.
