Beef Tenderloin and Mushrooms Stew

Ingredients

  • Whole Beef Tenderloin 380 g
  • Dried Morel Mushrooms, soaked and finely chopped half of the portion 16 g
  • Cremini Mushroom, finely chopped 30 g
  • Garlic, crushed 12 g
  • Port Wine 20 ml
  • Vegetable Stock 30 ml
  • Butter, softened at room temperature 20 g

Directions

  • 1.Combine port wine, vegetable stock, butter, English mustard, salt and sugar.
  • 2.Put chopped morel mushrooms, cremini mushroom, onion and garlic into the All-in-One cooker.
  • 3.Add whole beef tenderloin, whole morel mushroom and thyme.
  • 4.Pour in the port wine sauce. Close and lock the lid.
  • 5.Tap ↑ or ↓ or to select "pressure cooking" , tap confirm.
  • 6.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Beef”.
  • 7.Tap "Meat size" and select "Big size".
  • 8.Tap tick for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 15 minutes.
  • 9.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
  • 10.Pressure release when finished.
  • 11.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, cut beef tenderloin into thin slices, dish up and serve.
  • * Pressure cooking time may be adjusted according to personal preference for the tenderness of meat.
