Ingredients
- Minced Beef 360 g
- Red Wine 30 ml
- Garlic, minced 10 g
- Red Onion, peeled and finely diced 80 g
- Celery, finely diced 60 g
- Carrot, peeled and finely diced 25 g
- Canned Peeled Tomato 80 g
- Vegetable Stock 50 ml
- Tomato Paste 45 g
- Ketchup 40 g
- Fresh Rosemary 1 g
- Fresh Bay Leaf 1 g
- Olive Oil 20 g
- Parmesan Cheese Powder 20 g
- Marinade:
- Salt 8 g
- Sugar 6 g
- White Pepper Powder 1 g
- Egg White 1pc
- Flour 15 g
Directions
- 1.Mix beef well with the marinade. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- 2.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select sauté , tap tick to confirm.
- 3.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select cooking time and set 10 minutes, tap tick to confirm.
- 4.When the cooking time blinks on the screen, it starts working in the selected mode.
- 5.Add olive oil, garlic, red onion, celery and carrot into the All-in-One cooker, sauté for 5 minutes.
- 6.Add beef and sauté for 3 minutes.
- 7.Add red wine and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 8.Add peeled tomato, vegetable stock, tomato paste, ketchup, rosemary, bay leaf and stir well. Close and lock the lid.
- 9.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select slow cook high , tap tick to confirm.
- 10.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Beef”.
- 11.Tap for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 2 hours.
- 12.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
- 13.When finished, unlock and open the lid, dish up, sprinkle parmesan cheese powder and serve.
