  • Beef Shank 350 g
  • Ginger, sliced 12 g
  • Garlic 12 g
  • Spring Onion, sliced 40 g
  • Dried Bay Leaf 1 g
  • Clove 1 g
  • Dried Licorice, sliced 2 g
  • Star Anise 2 g
  • Tsaoko 1 g
  • Coriander Seeds 1 g
  • Sand Ginger, sliced 1 g
  • Sichuan Peppercorns 1 g
  • Cinnamon 5 g
  • Fennel 2 g
  • Tangerine Peel 2 g
  • White Peppercorns 2 g
  • Black Peppercorns 5 g
  • Rock Sugar 10 g
  • Light Soy Sauce 15 g
  • Dark Soy Sauce 20 g
  • Chicken Stock 300 ml

Directions

  • 1.Put dried bay leaf, clove, dried licorice, star anise, tsaoko, coriander seeds, sand ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon, fennel, tangerine peel and white
  • 2.Put the soup bag and all the other ingredients into the All-in-One cooker. Close and lock the lid.
  • 3.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select pressure cooking , tap tick to confirm.
  • 4.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Beef”.
  • 5.Tap "Meat size" and select "Big size".
  • 6.Tap tick for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 15 minutes.
  • 7.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
  • 8.Pressure release when finished.
  • 9.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, slice the beef shank and serve.
  • * Pressure cooking time may be adjusted according to personal preference for the tenderness of meat.
