Crab congee

Ingredients

  • Female crab 1pc 500g
  • Rice 1 cup
  • Dried scallop (soaked) 20g
  • Ginger slice 5g
  • Water 1000g
  • Diced spring onion as appropriate

Directions

  • 1. Cut and clean the crab, set aside.
  • 2. Put all the ingredients into the All-in-One cooker except the crab.
  • 3. Close and lock the lid, select Pressure cook Soup/Lentils, set the cooking time for 20 minutes. Press Start.
  • 4. When the cooking time remains 5 minutes, press Add ingredient button to suspend cooking and release pressure. The lid unlocked indicator will blink when the pressure is completely released. Unlock and open the lid, add the crab. Close and lock the lid to continue cooking.
  • 5. When finished, unlock and open the lid, garnish with spring onion. Serve the congee hot.
  • - Cooking time starts once pressure has been maintained.
  • # Beware of steam, the pressure will be released automatically after the cooking completes.
