Creamy Chicken Pasta with Peas

Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken Thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces 200 g
  • Bacon, diced 20 g
  • Cremini Mushroom, cut into chunks 50 g
  • Peas 40 g
  • White Wine 30 ml
  • Butter, soften at room temperature 10 g
  • Egg Yolk 1 pc
  • Parmesan Cheese, shredded 10 g
  • Ground Black Pepper 1 g
  • Paprika 1 g
  • Salt 2 g
  • Whipping Cream 30 ml
  • Angel Hair Pasta, boiled 130 g

Directions

  • 1.Mix chicken well with the marinade. Marinate for 1 hour.
  • 2.Combine egg yolk, parmesan cheese and whipping cream.
  • 3.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select sauté , tap tick to confirm.
  • 4.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select cooking time and set 15 minutes, tap tick to confirm.
  • 5.When the cooking time blinks on the screen, it starts working in the selected mode.
  • 6.Add butter and bacon into the All-in-One cooker, sauté for 5 minutes.
  • 7.Add chicken and sauté for 6 minutes.
  • 8.Add cremini mushroom, peas, white wine and angel hair pasta, sauté for 3 minutes.
  • 9.Add cream mixture and sauté for 1 minute. Add salt, black pepper and paprika and stir well. Dish up and serve.
