Ingredients

  • Lobster Tails 200 g
  • Shelled Shrimps 200 g
  • Baby Cuttlefishes 150 g
  • Littleneck Clams 400 g
  • Mussels 240 g
  • Cherry Tomato 300 g
  • Canned Peeled Tomato 250 g
  • Lemon Juice 6 ml
  • Chili Pepper, diced 3 g
  • Ground Black Pepper 2 g
  • English Mustard 15 g
  • White Wine 150 ml
  • Vegetable Stock 100 ml
  • Fresh Parsley 4 g

Directions

  • 1.Put cherry tomatoes and peeled tomatoes into the All-in-One cooker.
  • 2.Add clams, mussels, shrimps, baby cuttlefishes, lobster tails, chili pepper, lemon juice, ground black pepper, English mustard, white wine and vegetable stock.
  • 3.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select pressure cooking , tap tick to confirm.
  • 4.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Seafood”.
  • 5.Tap tick for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 5 minutes.
  • 6.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
  • 7.Pressure release when finished.
  • 8.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, dish up, garnish with parsley and serve.
  • * Pressure cooking time may be adjusted according to personal preference for the tenderness of meat.
