Ingredients
- Lobster Tails 200 g
- Shelled Shrimps 200 g
- Baby Cuttlefishes 150 g
- Littleneck Clams 400 g
- Mussels 240 g
- Cherry Tomato 300 g
- Canned Peeled Tomato 250 g
- Lemon Juice 6 ml
- Chili Pepper, diced 3 g
- Ground Black Pepper 2 g
- English Mustard 15 g
- White Wine 150 ml
- Vegetable Stock 100 ml
- Fresh Parsley 4 g
Directions
- 1.Put cherry tomatoes and peeled tomatoes into the All-in-One cooker.
- 2.Add clams, mussels, shrimps, baby cuttlefishes, lobster tails, chili pepper, lemon juice, ground black pepper, English mustard, white wine and vegetable stock.
- 3.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select pressure cooking , tap tick to confirm.
- 4.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Seafood”.
- 5.Tap tick for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 5 minutes.
- 6.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
- 7.Pressure release when finished.
- 8.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, dish up, garnish with parsley and serve.
- * Pressure cooking time may be adjusted according to personal preference for the tenderness of meat.
