1.Select Multi cook Saute/Sear, set the cooking time for 10 minutes. Press Start.
2. Add olive oil in the All-in-One cooker, add shallot and red onion sauté for 3 minutes, add tomatoes, tomato paste and oxtail sauté for 5 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients, sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Close and lock the lid, select Multi cook Pot roast, set the cooking time for 5 hours. Press Start.
4. When finished, unlock and open the lid, press Sauce thickening button, set the cooking time for 8 minutes. Press Start and keep the lid open. When finished, add salt and black pepper to taste, serve the food hot.
*The preheat time of Sauté/Sear may take up to 5 minutes.
