Ingredients

  • Fresh oxtail (cut into chunks, blanched) 1000g
  • Carrot (peeled, cut into chunks) 250g
  • Tomato (cut into pieces) 250g
  • Shallot 70g
  • Red onion (cut into pieces) 150g
  • Rock sugar 10g
  • Red wine 150g
  • Port wine 50g
  • Bay leaf 5g
  • Tomato paste 60g
  • Olive oil 20g
  • Water 50g
  • Seasonings :
  • Salt as appropriate
  • Black pepper as appropriate

Directions

  • 1.Select Multi cook Saute/Sear, set the cooking time for 10 minutes. Press Start.
  • 2. Add olive oil in the All-in-One cooker, add shallot and red onion sauté for 3 minutes, add tomatoes, tomato paste and oxtail sauté for 5 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients, sauté for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Close and lock the lid, select Multi cook Pot roast, set the cooking time for 5 hours. Press Start.
  • 4. When finished, unlock and open the lid, press Sauce thickening button, set the cooking time for 8 minutes. Press Start and keep the lid open. When finished, add salt and black pepper to taste, serve the food hot.
  • *The preheat time of Sauté/Sear may take up to 5 minutes.
  • - When the All-in-One cooker reaches the cooking temperatures, the cooking time starts count down.
