Ingredients

  • Pork belly (blanched) 1000g
  • Whole spring onion (blanched) as appropriate
  • Spring onion (sectioned) 150g
  • Fresh cordyceps flower 120g
  • Slab cane sugar 130g
  • Seasonings :
  • Red yeast rice 20g
  • Light soy sauce 100g
  • Dark soy sauce 80g
  • Sesame oil 30g
  • Chinese yellow wine 100g
  • Water 100g

Directions

  • 1. Cut the pork belly into 3cm x 3cm cubes, tie up each pork cube with whole spring onion.
  • 2. Combine all the seasonings, mix well.
  • 3. In sequence, put the sectioned spring onion, fresh cordyceps flower, slab cane sugar, pork belly and the seasonings into the All-in-One cooker.
  • 4. Close and lock the lid, Select Multi cook Slow cook high, set the cooking time for 4 hours. Press Start.
  • 5. When finished, unlock and open the lid, serve the food hot.
