Ingredients

  • Chicken 1300g
  • Dried rose 5g
  • Ginger slice 10g
  • Spring onion (sectioned) 200g
  • Mushroom light soy sauce 300g
  • Chinese yellow wine 280g
  • Sugar 250g

Directions

  • 1. Clean and wipe the chicken dry.
  • 2. Combine the Chinese yellow wine, mushroom light soy sauce and sugar.
  • 3. Put the ginger slice and half of the spring onion, chicken and the dried rose into the All-in-One cooker, cover with the rest of the spring onion, pour in the soy sauce mixture.
  • 4. Close and lock the lid, select Multi cook Slow cook low, set the cooking time for 2 hours. Press Start.
  • 5. When the cooking time remains 8 minutes, unlock and open the lid, turn the chicken upside down. Close and lock the lid to continue cooking.
  • 6. When finished, leave the chicken in the All-in-One cooker for 15 minutes. Serve the food hot.
  • - When the All-in-One cooker reaches the cooking temperatures, the cooking time starts count down.
