2. Combine the Chinese yellow wine, mushroom light soy sauce and sugar.
3. Put the ginger slice and half of the spring onion, chicken and the dried rose into the All-in-One cooker, cover with the rest of the spring onion, pour in the soy sauce mixture.
4. Close and lock the lid, select Multi cook Slow cook low, set the cooking time for 2 hours. Press Start.
5. When the cooking time remains 8 minutes, unlock and open the lid, turn the chicken upside down. Close and lock the lid to continue cooking.
6. When finished, leave the chicken in the All-in-One cooker for 15 minutes. Serve the food hot.
