  • Lamb Brisket Cubes 420 g

  • Clove 1 g
  • Dried Licorice, sliced 2 g
  • Star Anise 2 g
  • Tsaoko 1 g
  • Coriander Seeds 1 g
  • Sand Ginger, sliced 1 g
  • Sichuan Peppercorns 1 g
  • Cinnamon 5 g
  • Fennel 2 g
  • Tangerine Peel 2 g
  • White Peppercorns 2 g
  • Ginger, sliced 10 g
  • Garlic, crushed 16 g
  • Green Onion, sectioned 80 g
  • Water 200 ml
  • Rice Wine 30 ml
  • Light Soy Sauce 2 g
  • Dark Soy Sauce 8 g
  • Chili Pepper, diced 2 g
  • Rock Sugar 10 g

Directions

  • 1.Put dried bay leaf, clove, dried licorice, star anise, tsaoko, coriander seeds, sand ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon, fennel, tangerine peel and white
  • 2.Put the soup bag and all the other ingredients into the All-in-One cooker. Close and lock the lid.
  • 3.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select pressure cooking , tap tick to confirm.
  • 4.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Manual”.
  • 5.Tap for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 12 minutes and set the kPa to 70.
  • 6.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
  • 7.Pressure release when finished.
  • 8.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, dish up and serve.
