- Water 200 ml
- Rice Wine 30 ml
- Light Soy Sauce 2 g
- Dark Soy Sauce 8 g

Directions
- 1.Put dried bay leaf, clove, dried licorice, star anise, tsaoko, coriander seeds, sand ginger, Sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon, fennel, tangerine peel and white
- 2.Put the soup bag and all the other ingredients into the All-in-One cooker. Close and lock the lid.
- 3.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select pressure cooking , tap tick to confirm.
- 4.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Manual”.
- 5.Tap for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 12 minutes and set the kPa to 70.
- 6.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
- 7.Pressure release when finished.
- 8.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, dish up and serve.
