Ingredients
- Cod 200 g
- Leek, thinly sliced 18 g
- Red Bell Pepper, finely diced 5 g
- Orange Bell Pepper, finely diced 6 g
- Dried Tomato, finely diced 7 g
- Lemon Zest, finely diced 3 g
- Olive Oil 20 g
- Sake 30 ml
- Fresh Dill 2 g
- Salt 1 g
- Sugar 1 g
Directions
- 1.Mix cod with salt and marinate for 10 minutes.
- 2.Combine red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, dried tomato, lemon zest, sugar, sake and olive oil.
- 3.Put leek in a plate, add cod on top of the leek.
- 4.Add peppers sauce mixture and dill.
- 5.Add water into the All-in-One cooker up to level 2, put in the steam rack, place the plate on top of it. Close and lock the lid.
- 6.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select steam cooking , tap tick to confirm.
- 7.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Seafood”.
- 8.Tap tick for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 3 minutes.
- 9.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
- 10.Pressure release when finished.
- 11.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, take out and serve.
