Ingredients

  • Dried Japanese abalone 32-33 head per catty (soaked) 6 pcs
  • Aged chicken (blanched, cut into chunks) 700g
  • Pork rib (blanched, cut into cubes) 300g
  • Dried pork tendon (soaked until soft) 100g
  • Preserved Chinese ham (sliced) 40g
  • Chicken stock 1000g

Directions

  • 1. Put all the ingredients into the All-in-One cooker.
  • 2. Close and lock the lid, select Pressure cook Manual, set the cooking time for 50 minutes. Press kPa Pressure increase the cooking pressure to 70. Press Start.
  • 3. When finished, unlock and open the lid, remove the chicken and ribs, reduce the liquid up to level 2. Press Sauce thickening button, set the cooking time for 8 minutes. Press Start and keep the lid open. When finished serve the food hot.
  • Tips - Dried abalone soaking method: soak the dried abalone in clean water and keep refrigerated for 2 days, change the water once every 12 hours. Boil a big pot of water, add dried abalone, ginger slice and spring onion, boil for 30 minutes, leave to cool, remove the intestine and mouth. Soak the abalone in clean water, keep refrigerated for 2-3 days. Change the water once every 12 hours.
  • - Cooking time starts once pressure has been maintained.
  • # Beware of steam, the pressure will be released automatically after the cooking completes.
