Ingredients

  • Lamb brisket (blanched, cut into chunks) 1000g
  • Thail eggplant (halved) 150g
  • Red pepper (sliced) 60g
  • Lemongrass (sectioned) 60g
  • Single bulb garlic (peeled) 200g
  • Galangal (sliced) 30g
  • Lemon leaf 2g
  • Tom yum paste 100g
  • Olive oil 10g
  • Chinese yellow wine 10g
  • Coconut water 300g

Directions

  • 1. Select Multi cook Saute/Sear, set the cooking time for 10 minutes. Press Start.
  • 2. Add olive oil into the All-in-One cooker, add single bulb garlic, sauté for 2 minutes. Add the lamb brisket and Chinese yellow wine, sauté for 4 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and sauté for 4 minutes.
  • 3. Close and lock the lid, select Pressure cook Beef/Lamb, set the cooking time for 30 minutes. Press Start.
  • 4. When finished, unlock and open the lid, press Sauce thickening button, set the cooking time for 8 minutes. Press Start and keep the lid open. When finished serve the food hot.
  • *The preheat time of Sauté/Sear may take up to 5 minutes.
  • - Cooking time starts once pressure has been maintained
  • # Beware of steam, the pressure will be released automatically after the cooking completes.
