1. Select Multi cook Saute/Sear, set the cooking time for 10 minutes. Press Start.
2. Add olive oil into the All-in-One cooker, add single bulb garlic, sauté for 2 minutes. Add the lamb brisket and Chinese yellow wine, sauté for 4 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and sauté for 4 minutes.
3. Close and lock the lid, select Pressure cook Beef/Lamb, set the cooking time for 30 minutes. Press Start.
4. When finished, unlock and open the lid, press Sauce thickening button, set the cooking time for 8 minutes. Press Start and keep the lid open. When finished serve the food hot.
*The preheat time of Sauté/Sear may take up to 5 minutes.
