1. Combine all the seasonings, mix well and set aside.
2. Select Multi cook Saute/Sear , set the cooking time for 15 minutes. Press Start.
3. Add olive oil into the All-in-One cooker, add carrot slice and sugar snap peas, sauté for 2 minutes. Set aside. Add spring onion, ginger slice, sea cucumber and dried oyster, sprinkle with Chinese yellow wine and saute for 4 minutes. Set aside. Add yellow fungus, black fungus and mushroom, sauté for 4 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients, sauté for 5 minutes. Add the seasonings, sea cucumber, dried oyster and stir well.
4. Close and lock the lid, select Pressure cook Manual, set the cooking time for 8 minutes. Press Start.
5. When finished, press Sauce thickening button, set the cooking time for 8 minutes. Press Start and keep the lid open.
6. When finished, serve the food with sugar snap peas and carrots.
*The preheat time of Sauté/Sear may take up to 5 minutes.
'- Cooking time starts once pressure has been maintained.
