Ingredients

  • Dried sea cucumber (soaked) 300g
  • Dried oyster 200g
  • Dried mushroom (soaked) 50g
  • Dried hair moss (soaked) 20g
  • Dried yellow fungus (soaked) 40g
  • Dried black fungus (soaked ) 15g
  • Dried lily (soaked) 30g
  • Dried bamboo fungus (soaked) 25g
  • Fresh ginkgo 30g
  • Carrot (peeled and sliced) 150g
  • Dried red date 40g
  • Sugar snap pea 80g
  • Ginger slice 15g
  • Spring onion (sectioned) 50g
  • Chinese yellow wine 30g
  • Olive oil 10g
  • Seasonings :
  • Light soy sauce 50g
  • Dark soy sauce 20g
  • Oyster sauce 20g
  • Sugar 10g
  • Soaked mushroom water 150g

Directions

  • 1. Combine all the seasonings, mix well and set aside.
  • 2. Select Multi cook Saute/Sear , set the cooking time for 15 minutes. Press Start.
  • 3. Add olive oil into the All-in-One cooker, add carrot slice and sugar snap peas, sauté for 2 minutes. Set aside. Add spring onion, ginger slice, sea cucumber and dried oyster, sprinkle with Chinese yellow wine and saute for 4 minutes. Set aside. Add yellow fungus, black fungus and mushroom, sauté for 4 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients, sauté for 5 minutes. Add the seasonings, sea cucumber, dried oyster and stir well.
  • 4. Close and lock the lid, select Pressure cook Manual, set the cooking time for 8 minutes. Press Start.
  • 5. When finished, press Sauce thickening button, set the cooking time for 8 minutes. Press Start and keep the lid open.
  • 6. When finished, serve the food with sugar snap peas and carrots.
  • *The preheat time of Sauté/Sear may take up to 5 minutes.
  • '- Cooking time starts once pressure has been maintained.
  • # Beware of steam, the pressure will be released automatically after the cooking completes.
