Stir-fried rice noodles with Wagyu beef and  premium soy sauce

Ingredients

  • Rice noodle 600g
  • Wagyu beef slice 300g
  • Chinese chive (sectioned) 60g
  • Sprouts 100g
  • Sesame as appropriate
  • Spring onion (shredded) 5g
  • Chinese yellow wine 5g
  • Olive oil 5g
  • Seasonings:
  • Premium soy sauce 40g
  • Light soy sauce 30g
  • Sugar 5g
  • Sesame oil 20g
  • Water 20g

Directions

  • 1. Combine all the seasoning ingredients, mix well and set aside.
  • 2. Select Multi cook Saute/Sear, set the cooking time for 8 minutes. Press Start.
  • 3. Add olive oil into the All-in-One cooker, add Chinese chive and sprouts, sprinkle with Chinese yellow wine, saute for 3 minutes. Set aside. Wipe dry the excess water from the inner pot.
  • 4. Add rice noodle, Wagyu beef slice and the seasonings, saute for 3 minutes.
  • 5. Return the Chinese chive and sprouts, saute for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame and spring onion. Serve the noodles hot.
  • *The preheat time of Sauté/Sear may take up to 5 minutes.
