Ingredients
- Beef Ribs 300 g
- Daikon, peeled and cut into thick strips 100 g
- Green Onion, sectioned 60 g
- Dried Shallots, peeled and sliced 80 g
- Ginger, sliced 5 g
- Garlic, crushed 6 g
- Sa Cha Sauce 60 g
- Salt 3 g
- Sugar 5 g
- Fresh Coriander 5 g
Directions
- 1.Put dried shallots, ginger, garlic, daikon, green onion, salt, sugar, beef ribs and Sa Cha sauce into the All-in-One cooker. Close and lock the lid.
- 2.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select pressure cooking , tap tick to confirm.
- 3.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Beef”.
- 4.Tap "Meat size" and select "Small size".
- 5.tick for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 18 minutes.
- 6.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
- 7.Pressure release when finished.
- 8.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, dish up, garnish with coriander and serve.
- * Pressure cooking time may be adjusted according to personal preference for the tenderness of meat.
