Ingredients

  • Beef Ribs 300 g
  • Daikon, peeled and cut into thick strips 100 g
  • Green Onion, sectioned 60 g
  • Dried Shallots, peeled and sliced 80 g
  • Ginger, sliced 5 g
  • Garlic, crushed 6 g
  • Sa Cha Sauce 60 g
  • Salt 3 g
  • Sugar 5 g
  • Fresh Coriander 5 g

Directions

  • 1.Put dried shallots, ginger, garlic, daikon, green onion, salt, sugar, beef ribs and Sa Cha sauce into the All-in-One cooker. Close and lock the lid.
  • 2.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select pressure cooking , tap tick to confirm.
  • 3.Tap ↑ or ↓ to select menu “Beef”.
  • 4.Tap "Meat size" and select "Small size".
  • 5.tick for 3 seconds, set the cooking time for 18 minutes.
  • 6.Tap tick to confirm and start cooking.
  • 7.Pressure release when finished.
  • 8.When the pressure is completely released, unlock and open the lid, dish up, garnish with coriander and serve.
  • * Pressure cooking time may be adjusted according to personal preference for the tenderness of meat.
