How to rearrange or reorder channels in my Philips TV?

You can rearrange the channels in the channel grid with the [Reorder] feature in the [Options] menu.

Follow these procedures to rearrange the channels:

Step 1-7

1) In TV mode, press the [Menu] button on the remote control to display the [Browse] TV menu.

2) Select [Channels] and press the [OK] button to confirm.

3) The channel grid will display all the channels and a box appears around the current view channel.

4) Press the [Options] options button to display the options menu.

5) Select [Reorder] and press the [OK] button.
NOTE: The TV will display a full channel list when you reorder the favorite list.

6) Use the [Cursor buttons] to select the channel you wish to rearrange and press the [OK] button.
NOTE: This TV does not allow you to select multiple channels and move them at the same time.

7) A directional arrow box appears around the selected channel to indicate that the channel is selected.

Step 8-14

8) Use the [Cursor buttons] or the numeric buttons to move the channel to the desired location in the channel grid and press the [OK] button to confirm.

9) You will now see a prompt that ask you to select an option and press the [OK] button to confirm.

  • When you select [Swap], the channel will swap location with another channel
  • When you select [Insert], the channel will be inserted in the selected location and the former channel will be shifted

10) The directional arrow disappeared to confirm that the channel is rearranged to the new location.

11) Repeat step 6 and 10 if you wish to rearrange more channels.

12) Once completed, press the [Options] options button.

13) Select [EXIT] and press the [OK] button.

14) Press the [Back] button to exit the channel grid.
