Philips Male Grooming additional year warranty conditions registration page

These are the Terms and Conditions referred to on the Registration Card:

 

By registering your product you may receive an additional year of warranty for the product accompanying the registration card.

 

This additional year of warranty is subject to the same terms and conditions as the standard warranty applicable to the product and provided to you with the product at the time of supply. This additional warranty is only valid for products available on www.philips.com/support and where a registration card is included in the product packaging. It does not apply to standard replacement parts such as a shaving head. It will only be valid if the information provided by the person registering is stated to the best of that person's knowledge and belief and the registration is completed and received by Philips within three months of the date of purchase of the product.

 

Philips reserves the right to cancel the offering of this additional year of warranty without further notice. However, an additional year of warranty already granted will not be affected by this

 

The additional year of warranty will be offered only to consumers in the following countries:

 

Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Central America, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Middle East and Africa, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

 

It is possible that you may find a registration card in the packaging of the product you have purchased, but your country of residence is not included. In that case you can register your product, but you are not eligible to receive an additional year of warranty.

 

These rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Dutch law, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

 

If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Rules, which shall remain in full force and effect.

 

The additional year of warranty is organised by Philips Consumer Lifestyle B.V. with its registered office in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Further details are provided when you double-click the "Philips" link in the footer of this website.

 

Philips needs the information collected to fulfil its warranty promise. Your personal data will be stored in the Philips Global Consumer Database for administrative purposes. This database is notified to the Dutch Data Protection Authority under registration number 1166347. The data in this database is used in accordance with Dutch privacy laws and the Philips Privacy Policy (see the footer of this website). As stated on the Philips registration website, this use may include informing you by email about Philips products, services, events or other information that might be of interest to you. Your consent for this use is granted by ticking the opt-in tick-box at the time of registration.

如果您在購買的產品包裝中找到註冊咭,但是您的居住國家並沒有在註冊咭列出,您可以註冊您的產品,不過,您並不符合獲取一年額外保用的資格。

 

這些規則受荷蘭法律管轄並依據其進行解釋。對於由這些規則導致的或與其相關的任何爭議,應由荷蘭阿姆斯特丹擁有專屬管轄的主管法庭進行裁決。
